  19. <p>     The Attorney General reported on the government's ability
  20. to collect court-ordered restitution in S&L fraud cases, using
  21. Dallas as an example. In fiscal 1989 just $2,700 was paid of
  22. the $3.1 million ordered by the courts. This year $2.5 million
  23. has been ordered. The take so far: $50.
